Worship Arts - Praise
Turning Point Praise Band
The Turning Point Praise Band leads worship at
the Turning Point service. The format is very fluid, allowing
for the shifting schedules of the many families that are
involved. Songs are more contemporary than what is found in
most hymnals and range from blues to rock to pop to
we-cant-really-identify-it-but-we-made-it-up-and-it-sounds-cool
music. New members are
always welcome. If more join than are needed, band members will
rotate.
11am Praise Band
Currently the 11am Praise
band consists of 3 vocalists, drums, a bass and a piano.
Rehearsals are considerably more focused than Turning Point and
the repertoire is much smaller. The demand for consistent
excellence is high and going higher as this group works
together. New members are welcome, be prepared to be
challenged.
Youth Praise Band
Still in its infancy, the
youth praise band will lead worship one Sunday every two
months. New members are welcome. You must be in Jr. High or
High School.
